Wellness in Web3

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern your NFT pass holder benefits with MIKFLO CO. DBA Reikiflo, LLC. pending (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By purchasing the NFT or redeeming services/benefits (hereinafter referred to as the "Holder"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

  1. Pass Holder Eligibility:

    • Passes are open to individuals aged 21 and above.

    • Passes can be subject to approval by the Company.
       

  2. Pass Holder Benefits:

    • The specific benefits and privileges associated with your NFT pass will be outlined in the membership description or agreement.

    • The Company reserves the right to modify or update the benefits and privileges associated with the NFT pass at any time.
       

  3. Pass Fees:

    • As a Holder, you agree to pay the one-time cost of the NFT at its current cryptocurrency rate as specified by the Company.

    • Pass fees are one-time and are payable in cryptocurrency.

    • The Company reserves the right to regularly review and change the pass fees to match the current $USD amount within a reasonable monetary difference.
       

  4. Pass Duration and Expiration:​

    • Your pass will be valid for a specific period from the date of purchase outlined below:

      1. Balance level

        • The 1-month pass (4 sessions) expires 3 months after purchase.

        • The 3-month pass (12 sessions) expires 6 months after purchase.

        • The 1 year pass (52 sessions) 18 months after purchase.

      2. Clarity level

        • The 1-month pass (8 sessions) expires 3 months after purchase

        • The 3-month pass (24 sessions) expires 6 months after purchase

        • The 1 year pass (104 sessions) 18 months after purchase.

      3. Enlighten level

        • The 1-month pass (12 sessions) expires 6 months after purchase

        • The 3-month pass (36 sessions) expires 9 months after purchase

        • The 1 year pass (156 sessions) 24 months after purchase.
           

    • Holders can request an expiration freeze of their pass for a reasonable period by email, subject to the Company's approval.

    • There are no renewals after a pass ends. A new NFT pass can be purchased if available.

    • Holders can purchase additional sessions at a 10% discount with a valid pass.
       

  5. Scheduling

    • Scheduling limits apply​

      1. Balance level​

        • The 1-month pass (4 sessions) is limited to 1 session per week.

        • The 3-month pass (12 sessions) is limited to 2 sessions per week.

        • The 1 year pass (52 sessions) Is limited to 3 sessions per week.

      2. Clarity level

        • The 1-month pass (8 sessions) is limited to 2 sessions per week.

        • The 3-month pass (24 sessions) is limited to 3 sessions per week.

        • The 1 year pass (104 sessions) is limited to 4 sessions per week.

      3. Enlighten level

        • The 1-month pass (12 sessions) is limited to 3 sessions per week.

        • The 3-month pass (36 sessions) is limited to 4 sessions per week.

        • The 1 year pass (156 sessions) is limited to 5 sessions per week.
           

  6. Cancellation and Termination:

    • You may cancel your pass and request a prorated refund in the cryptocurrency it was purchased in by providing email notice to the Company. The cancellation notice period is 1-month after purchase and will be calculated by $USD amount minus 15%.

    • The Company reserves the right to terminate passes immediately in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement or any inappropriate behavior deemed by the Company. The Company will in good faith refund any prorated amount in the cryptocurrency it was purchased in calculated by $USD minus 15%.

    • The NFT/token of any canceled or terminated pass will be burned.
       

  7. Transferability:

    • The Holder can sell/transfer the NFT itself however they wish, as allowed in smart contract license, regardless of expiration. However, pass benefits are non-transferable IF any service or benefit has been redeemed. 

    • If a service has already been redeemed, one (1) transfer of sessions and benefits is allowed per NFT. The original Holder must notify the Company of the new owner. Applicable to 3-month & 1-year passes only.
       

  8. Pass Sharing: 

    • With advance email notice and introduction, Holders can share a limited amount of virtual 1-on-1 sessions with family and friends. Everyone must book a free consultation before their session. Applicable for the following levels and passes:

      1. Balance

        • 1-year pass

          • 2 additional people; limited to 18 sessions total.

      2. Clarity 

        • 3-month pass

          • 1 additional person; limited to 3 sessions.

        • 1-year pass

          • 3 additional people; limited to 36-sessions total.

      3. Enlighten

        • 3-month pass

          • 1-person; limited to 3-sessions.

        • 1-year pass

          • 3 additional people; limited to 48-sessions total.

    • NFT exclusive benefits are only available to the main pass Holder.
       

  9. NFT Exclusive Benefits:

    • Personal energy worker at your service 24/7

      • Holders can email or text with questions related to virtual 1-on-1 and group sessions within 72 hours before/after a session occurs.

      • The Company will respond as soon as possible.

    • Priority scheduling

      • Holders can request a virtual 1-on-1 appointment outside of normal booking hours 24/7 365 days of the year via email, text, or private scheduling link. 12-hours advance notice required, however the Company will do its best to accommodate all requests in the order received.

    • Free monthly group Reiki session for 2 people and pets

      • Applies to 2-monthly offered group sessions

    • Up to 30% off retail value

      • The largest discounts are available only through the Wellness in Web3 NFT collection
         

  10. Disclaimer and Medical Advice:

    • The Company and its representatives do not provide medical advice. Reikiflo, LLC offers Reiki as a complementary therapy that is widely considered safe and should not replace medication or any other treatments.

    • It is important to consult a physician or licensed healthcare professional before starting any alternative therapy.
       

  11. Holder Requirements:

    • The Company provides services only to individuals who schedule directly and are 21 years or older.

    • Please refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional information regarding the use of personal information and the provision of services.
       

  12. Amendments:
    The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Holders via email at least 30 days before changes take effect.

 

By becoming a Wellness in Web3 NFT Holder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the disclaimer, and agree to comply with them throughout the duration of your active pass.
